SYNERGY HUDDLE
Sunday, July 18 (11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.)
Lunch included!
What is “Synergy?”
Main Entry: syn·er·gy
Function: noun
Inflected Form(s): plural syn·er·gies
Etymology: New Latin synergia, from Greek synergos working together
1. The interaction of two or more agents or forces so that their combined effect is greater than the sum of their individual effects.
2. Cooperative interaction among groups, especially among the acquired subsidiaries or merged parts of a corporation, that creates an enhanced combined effect.

What is a Synergy Huddle?
A gathering of all of Zion’s ministry/committee leaders, pastors, staff, and council.
Why?
To focus our ministry efforts together for greater effectiveness in mission. To cooperate, and to build our shared ministry as a congregation so that it is “greater than the sum” of our individual ministries and leaders.
Who?
All leaders. Pastors, staff, council members, and committee/ministry leaders. It is important that every ministry is represented, so if you are a committee chair or ministry coordinator and can’t make this date, please be sure that another person from your ministry who is informed on its goals and calendar possibilities will be there in your place. Please call or email the church office to let us know who is attending so that we can plan for enough lunch for everyone!
